Association Seminar is like a Personality Development Program for III/IV and II/IV CSE students. The Department of CSE has come up with a student personality development activity in the year 2013 and it has been running smoothly and successfully from then onwards. This activity EXCLUSIVELY involves B.Tech CSE II and III year students. Today the department has given a NEW DIMENSION to this activity as STEM which stands for Systematic Training for the Empowerment of Young Minds. STEM is categorized into 6 teams which are named after world’s top 6 super computers – PARAM, SAGA, BLUE GENE, GRAY JAGUAR, FUJITSU, JUQUENE.

Among these 6 teams, one team will be organizing team and the rest are participating teams on a weekly basis. One faculty will be coordinating the organizing team. Some of the events in the STEM are seminars, techno quiz, extempore speech, techno news, educative skits etc. The skills and performance of the students are judged by the faculty based on communication skills, team work, technical knowledge and innovative skills etc. The main objective of this event is to make the student a COMPLETE CSE PROFESSIONAL thus making the students reaching the vision of GVP – creating human excellence for a better society In this regard I thank all the CSE teaching and non-teaching staff and the students of CSE. A special thanks to Shyam Prakash for designing and developing the animation.
